No pressure, no deep-diving straight into the hard stuff. It's a chance for us to get to know each other. You tell me what's been going on, what's bringing you here, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll ask a few questions, and together we'll figure out if we're a good fit and what working together could look like. Think of it as a no-obligation chat to see if this feels right for you.
This is where the real work happens. It's more manageable than you think.
Each session we'll pick up where we left off, work through what's coming up for you, and build on the tools and strategies we've developed together.
Some sessions will feel like a breakthrough, others like maintenance. Both are progress.
