“But, do I need to see a psychologist?”

Lots of people come to see a me. Below is a non- exhaustive list of areas I work with.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, overwhelm, OCD symptoms, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions.

I also have a special interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, early motherhood, postpartum anxiety and depression, and the many challenges that can arise when life feels like a lot.

After going through some significant challenges after entering motherhood myself, I find it an incredibly rewarding place to speak to women who are finding the transition to motherhood particularly difficult.
